Staff Leadership Team


This Staff Leadership Team focuses on assuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness across all units of the School. The team strives to ensure that all faculty members have adequate support staff and resources needed to perform their responsibilities efficiently. The team manages staff assignment, reviews training requirements for staff, implements programs as needed, and hosts a bi-annual off-campus retreat for the staff.


The Staff Leadership Team meets monthly and rotates between the Baum Blvd, PTC, and Salk buildings.
